Why can’t I link a debit card to my Samsung Cash account?

There are a few possible reasons why you cannot link a debit card:

  • The name on the debit card must match the name on the Samsung Cash account.
  • The debit card must be a Visa or Mastercard card.
  • You may have mis-entered the card number, expiration date and/or security code so retry linking the card.
  • The debit card may be expired.
  • The debit card is not issued by a U.S. bank.
