My barcode doesn’t work at Walmart, why?

You cannot have the barcode scanned at the register at Walmart locations. The barcode can only be used at Walmart's Money Center or Customer Service desk.

When you are at the Money Center or Customer Serivce desk, tell the Walmart associate you want to deposit cash to your account with a barcode. If the associate is not familiar with this service or doesn't know how to complete a transaction, tell them it's the same as depositing cash to a Green Dot, Walmart Money Card or PayPal account.
