Can I change or cancel a one-time transfer?

You cannot change a bank transfer, but you may be able to cancel a transfer initiated from an external bank account while it is still pending by logging into your bank’s app or website.When we begin processing a bank transfer it will go into an; In progress; status and can no longer be cancelled. We process bank transfers several times a day on banking days, so the time you have to cancel a bank transfer will vary depending on when you submit the transfer request.
